All the spices and herbs of the Middle East in one place!
Bright colors and delicious aromas in the south of Tel Aviv – the street market named after the Russian Jewish writer offers all of that and more. First established in the 1920’s, it was one of the first trading points for merchants which attracted new vendors who brought in delicacies from Greece, Turkey, Iran, Bulgaria and Balkan region. Such rich history created a unique atmosphere and a big variety of choice that you can’t find in any other market in the world.
During our tour you will see the Levinsky market as it is today — a bustling lively place where you can find both street vendors, small stores and cafés. And apart from the spices you will be able to try cheeses, olives, local sweets and much more. Together we will tour the market and taste different delicacies, so join us!
